TECHNOTHANE ® It is an advanced polyurethane hot casting engineering elastomer product portfolio, including a full range of polyols and chain extenders. CASTECHTM is a device with high flexibility and low maintenance demand. It can be applied to various types of isocyanates and chain extender combinations, and can efficiently cast polyurethane elastomers and microcellular elastomers. JEFFCAT ®  S-117 is a reactive foaming catalyst. Its formulation is suitable for spraying foam applications with a density of 10-16 kg.m3, and also for higher density formulations. JEFFCAT ®  S-117 instead of BDMAEE type traditional catalyst, it is a cost-effective catalyst for competitive catalyst, which can provide strong foaming effect and moderate gel properties.

JEFFCAT ®  H-1 catalyst is a rigid polyurethane thermal insulation material specially used for fluoroolefin foaming. Without affecting the stability of the final product, the non modified amine catalyst provides a balanced reaction, and its volatile organic compound (VOC) content is very low, while VOC is the cause of odour of rigid foam finished products.
