The vibrator is installed on the cross beam in the middle of the sieve box, and is 45 degrees to the screen of the small linear sieve. The screen box vibrates through the motor to drive the vibrator.

The vibrators of small linear sieve are all box type, mainly composed of box body, driving shaft, driven shaft, eccentric heavy block, herringbone gear, triangular belt wheel and bearing.
A pair of herringbone gears and four eccentric weights are arranged on the two transmission shaft.
The eccentric block and the shaft should be 180 degrees. Rolling bearings are installed between herringbone gear and eccentric weight block. For easy dismantling, the rolling bearing adopts the 113628 type with inner hole and taper. That is to say, the bearing is mounted on the cone sleeve, and the conical sleeve is locked with the shaft.
When the dismantling is done, only the back of the cap can be tightened, and the cone can be struck to remove the bearing.
The triangle belt wheel is mounted on the driving shaft and is driven by the motor through the triangle belt to drive the vibrator.
