Linear screen uses vibration motor as vibration source, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, while moving forward in a straight line. Material evenly enters the inlet of the screening machine from the feeder. Several specifications of screen top, screen bottom are produced through multi-layer screen, and are discharged from their respective outlets. The utility model has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharging, and is more suitable for pipeline operation.

Two, working principle
When the vibrating screen works, the synchronous reverse rotation of the two motors causes the vibrator to produce the reverse exciting force, forcing the screen body to drive the screen to do the longitudinal movement, so that the material on the screen is periodically thrown forward by the exciting force, thus completing the material screening operation.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibratory motors. When two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and inversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and superposes into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in a straight line, so as to screen and classify the material. It is suitable for sieving of all kinds of dry powder materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm and less than 70% water content. The maximum feeding granularity is not greater than 10mm.
