Overview
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear organic macromolecule polymer and also a product of macromolecule water treatment flocculant. It can adsorb suspended particles in water and act as a bridge between particles, which makes fine particles form larger flocs and speeds up the precipitation. This process is called flocculation, because of its good flocculation effect PAM as a flocculant in water treatment and is widely used in sewage treatment.
