Sodium Bicarbonate
Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, commonly known as "baking soda", "baking soda", "heavy CAO", white small crystals, solubility in water is less than sodium carbonate. It is an industrial chemical that may be toxic.
Solids above 50 °C gradually decompose to produce sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide and water, and completely decompose at 440 °C. Sodium bicarbonate is an acid salt formed after neutralization of a strong base and a weak acid. It is weakly alkaline when dissolved in water. This property can be used as an expansion agent in the food production process. Sodium bicarbonate will remain sodium carbonate after action, and excessive use will make the finished product alkaline.
