PROPERTIES:

ZDBC is an ultrafast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR, EPDM. Thiurams and thiazoles can lower vulcanization rate and improve processing safety. Compared to ZDEC, ZEPC and ZDMC, ZDBC has shorter scorching time and longer vulcanization time. A little of ZDBC is a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiurams. Its vulcanizate has excellent tensile strength and resilience. Combined with antioxidant It can improve heat resistance for NR and IR.

DOSAGE:

For NR: 0.6-1.0phr;

As a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2phr

For SBR/NBR: 0.6-1.2phr.

As a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2phr

For EPDM: 1.5-2.5phr.
