HR702 scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis

HR-702 is a high threshold reagent, which can be used to stabilize supersaturated salt solution in a wide concentration range. It is especially suitable for reverse osmosis system with high salt content and organic matter content and scaling tendency. Colleagues have good dispersion of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and so on. It can effectively prevent scaling and fouling in a large concentration range. It can effectively prolong the cleaning cycle of membrane system and reduce the operation cost.

Product characteristics

1，Effective application in the main membrane components of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF);

2，The scale formation of inorganic substances such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate can be effectively controlled, and the LSI of concentrated water side is as high as 3.0.

3，It has enough dispersing ability to block particles on the surface of the dispersion membrane.

4，The PH value of influent is effective within 5-9.

5，It is compatible with aluminium and iron oxides in influent water.

6，It is compatible with aluminium and iron oxides in gold water.

Method of Use:

According to the water quality analysis report and the reverse osmosis system, the dosage was determined. Within the appropriate dosage range, most of the following types of scaling can be controlled: calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, lithium sulfate, ferric hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide and silicon.

According to the following formula, the volume of standard liquid should be added to the dosing box. Volume of standard solution added:
