Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor NX311 bactericide

MB330 reverse osmosis membrane system bactericide is designed for eliminating microbial hazards in reverse osmosis membrane system. It is a non-oxidizing biocide with a wide range of applications. It will not cause damage to the membrane. It is highly efficient and environmentally friendly. It can remove and prevent biofouling caused by bacteria, fungi and algae. It can be used in reverse osmosis system composed of cellulose acetate (CAB), polyamine complex (CPA), polyvinyl chloride derivatives (PVD) and ESPA, ESNA, LFC, SWC membranes.

Product characteristics

1. The bactericidal rate is fast, the effect is quick, the bacteriostasis ability is stronger, the action time is longer, does not contain formaldehyde, methanol, is more environmental protection.

2. The product does not contain heavy metals, especially copper ions. It is not only environmentally friendly, but also completely eliminates the pollution and damage of copper ions to reverse osmosis membrane system.

Dosage

MB330 Reverse Osmosis Membrane System Fungicides for Dynamic Membrane Cleaning Method, the dosage of fungicides can be calculated by the following formula:

Dosage (ml/min) = 0.75 * water intake (L/min).

Dosage (ml) = dosage (ml / min) * treatment time (20-30 min).

The treatment cycle is once every one to two weeks, adding in normal operation, 20 to 30 minutes each time, in the process of adding water must be discharged. After stopping adding medicine, clean the system with clean water for 15 minutes. Check the conductance of the system and clean it until the conductance of the system meets the specifications of the water production standard. Switch the system back to normal operation.

In order to achieve the best results, the system should be cleaned with reverse osmosis cleaning agent before using this product.
