CELPOLY® Cellulose Ether HPMC P200HS is multifunctional additive for ready-mixes and dry-mix products. It is a high efficient water retention agent, thickener, stabilizer, adhesive, film-forming agent in building materials.

Product Applications

Merrid Cellulose Ether advantage

1. Water retention---improved water retention can protect cemet and plaster against poor solidification and cracking       due to too speedy drying and inefficient mixing with water.
2. Workability---martar plasticizing quality can be improved, which in turn will improve the workability of painting and working efficiency.
3.Binding---Due to the increased plasticizing quality , mortar can be a better binder.
4.Slipping-resistance---Due to the thickening action of Cellulose Ether, the slipping phenomena of mortar from substance to be bound can be prevented more efficiently.

Quality Control

How to make sure the stable quality?

1.Before start production, we will first checking all raw materials quality, to be sure every material quality is the same.

2.During producing, all the production lines are controlled in automation control center.

3.After producing, we will test every batch goods physical data, to be sure every batch goods in the same level.

4.In the end, we will make applications testings to prove every characteristic workability.

Finish all the schedules, we will send goods to you asap.
