point 74°C. Relative density 1.0500 and refractive index 1.4512. Soluble in 

water, alcohol, ether, acetone, chloroform and benzene. Hygroscopic. Application 

It is use for making succinic acid, pentanediol, pyran, tetrahydrofuran and so on. 

It is also used as solvent of paint, resin and grease. In dyeing and printing 

infustries, it is used as lubricant and dispersant. It is also used as decolorant and 

deodorant of medicines, and intermediate of medicines. Moreover, it is used as 

feedstock of organic syntheses of plasticizer, herbicide, insecticide and so on. Packing 

200kgs net weight in a steel drum.
