PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a zirconia and alumina treated rutile TiO2 pigment from the sulfate process.
It is a general purpose pigment that is recommended mainly for architectural, industrial and powder coatings.
APPLICATIONS AND PROPERTIES
Rutile titanium dioxide is mainly used in architectural paints for indoor & outdoor use. Industrial paints and powder coatings also pose a large application. The degree of gloss that can be reached with this pigment depends mainly upon the effort utilized in dispersing it. When dispersed sufficiently, it will also provide durability to the systems.
