PAC Description

Polyaluminium Chloride is PAC for short.It is a kind of water-soluble inorganic polymers with high molecular weight .The structural formula is [AL2( OH) nCL6- nLm] ,in which the m represents the degree of polymerization, the n means neutral degree of PAC.This product has stronger function of absorbing .In water solving process, some physical and chemical processes occurs accompanyingly such as coagulate, adsorbing, precipitation and ect.

AL2O3：

We can obtain polyaluminium chloride with stable and qualified AL2O3 content. Then the adsorption capability of the PACL powder is enhanced, resulting in good agglomeration and flocculation performance.

Basicity:

The basicity of polyaluminium chloride indicated the degree of polymerization. It can influence the water treatment effect.

Water insoluble matter:

The plate-frame pressure filtration technique is adopted, the water insoluble matter content in the solid product can be lower than 0.3% and lower than 0.1% in solution. Thus the pipe won’t be blocked 

PAC Advantage:

1. Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculant, furthermore, the treatment cost is lowered by 20%-80%.
2. It can lead to quick formation of flocculant (especially at low temperature) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.
3. It can adapt to a wide range of pH value (5−9), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.
4. The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants. It has wide adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and at different regions.
5. Higher basicity, lower corrosive, easy for operation, and long-term use of non-occlusion.

2.Industrial waste water purification

Industrial wastewater, paper sizing,mining, oil field injection water, metallurgy, coal washing, leather and all kinds of chemical waste water treatment.

Polyaluminum chloride using method:

1.Solid product is put into the water to dissolve according to the 1:3 proportion.Then add 10-30 times amount of water to which concentration you need to use.
2. The best quantity needed may be according to the raw water's turbidity to be decided.Usually when the turbidity of the raw water is 100-500mg/L,the quantity needed is 10-20kg is needed in 1000mt raw water.
